Teen  Coach

I help emotionally intense 15–18 year olds regulate anger and anxiety, communicate better, and take brave action so home feels calmer again

Your teen is capable. They just need the right tools.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

Does this feel like your home right now?

• They hold it together at school then explode at home
• Anxiety stops them doing things they need (or want) to do
• Arguments escalate quickly
• They say “I can’t” before they’ve even tried
• You feel like you’re walking on eggshells

You’ve tried being patient.
You’ve tried talking.
You’ve tried giving space.

But the anger, shutdown, or avoidance keeps happening and it’s exhausting.

WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING

Big emotions aren’t bad behaviour.

They’re overwhelm.

When a teen’s nervous system is overloaded, their thinking brain switches off.
That’s when anger explodes.
That’s when anxiety takes over.
That’s when they shut down or avoid.

This doesn’t mean they’re broken.

It means they haven’t yet learned how to regulate what they feel.

And that can be taught

THE SOLUTION

The 6-Session Emotional Reset

A structured coaching programme for emotionally overwhelmed 15–18 year olds who need practical tools not labels.

In our sessions, your teen will:

Understand what’s happening in their brain and body
Learn how to regulate anger before it explodes
Develop tools to move through anxiety
Replace “I can’t” thinking with action
Build confidence by doing hard things once

This isn’t endless talking.

It’s emotional strength coaching.

Because confidence isn’t built by avoiding hard things.
It’s built by learning you can handle them.

Free Consultation

This is a calm, no-pressure call where we:

• Talk through what’s happening
• Decide if this is the right fit
• Create a clear next step

If your teen is overwhelmed and you’re exhausted this could be the reset you both need.

Meet Yvonne

Certified Coach.

Hi, I’m Yvonne.

My Background

I have over 20 years in education, which means I understand the pressures teens face inside school the masking, the performance, the exhaustion that often shows up later at home.

I’m also a mum of two neurodiverse older kids. Through my own experience and my studies I now specialise in working with and teaching teens who have Autism, ADHD and Mental Health issues. Its my passion to help and support them to become all they can be.

I work with both education and family perspectives in mind.

How I Work

I am calm.
I am direct.
And I don’t let teens stay stuck in “I can’t.”

That doesn’t mean I push harshly.

It means I help them understand what’s happening in their brain and body and then support them to take small, brave action.

Confidence isn’t built by avoiding hard things, It’s built by doing them once.

I’ve seen anxious teens book college visits after one session.
I’ve seen anger reduce when teens finally understand what’s happening inside them.
I’ve seen parents stop walking on eggshells.

Not because the teen changed personality, because they learned regulation and responsibility.

What I Believe

• Big emotions are not bad behaviour
• Anxiety does not mean incapable
• Anger is often overwhelm
• Teens rise when they’re shown they can
